Enter Marina Jack's Bayou Alligator Tacos; most Floridians are able to claim a close encounter with these scaly animals, but most haven't had the pleasure of tasting one. If you're going to do it, do it right, with succulent, white alligator meat flat fried and served with creole style slaw, chorizo aioli and a creamy jalapeño vinaigrette to add a bit of spice.
