Bobbi Ellis was recently appointed as the sales manager for The DeMarcay, a luxury residential project in downtown Sarasota by GK Development. With 34 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ellis is a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential and part of the team at ON Collaborative, the marketing and sales company representing the project. In her new role, she will assist potential buyers at the newly unveiled showroom and sales gallery and work with customers throughout the entire process. The boutique luxury building is slated to break ground this fall, with construction scheduled to be complete by early 2021.
