Neal Communities is inviting the public to the opening of five new model homes and a Discovery Center at Indigo, a gated, resort-style community in Lakewood Ranch. Potential homebuyers can visit the 2,288-square-foot state-of-the-art Discovery Center, which houses two interactive display tables with touch screens, four offices, lounge areas and information on the area, available floor plans and the community. Indigo also features a selection of single-family and paired villa homes inspired by Island, Spanish and Tuscan architectural design. With the opening of the new Endless Summer 3, Silver Sky 2, Victory models, the total number of models now open within Indigo totals five.
The grand opening event will take place on Saturday, June 1, from 11am to 1pm and will include a DJ, food trucks and gourmet popsicle stand.
