GATES Construction has started construction on a new condominium named 89 Beach, located on Siesta Key Beach. This new luxury condominium building will feature six high end residences with three elevators, multiple cabanas, a 2nd level pool deck, wifi smart home technology, beachfront views and electric car charging stations. Architectural design services are being provided by DSDG Architects.
