Husband and wife Tim and Kim Werla have joined the Venice office of RE/MAX Alliance Group. They specialize in helping people buy and sell residential properties from Lakewood Ranch to North Port. Both are retired from the U.S. Navy and particularly enjoy working with veterans and their families. Tim served in the Navy 22 years, retiring as an Aviation Ordnance Chief. As a Realtor, he brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a focus on customer service. He is a member of the Patriot Riders of America and the American Legion, and volunteers at the Douglas Jacobson State Veterans Nursing Home in Port Charlotte. Kim served in the Navy 21 years, retiring as a Disbursing Clerk Senior Chief. A Broker-Associate, she brings extensive market knowledge, negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach. She is a member of Military Women Across the Nation, Patriot Riders of America and the American Legion, and volunteers with the Mote Marine Turtle Patrol and the Douglas Jacobson State Veterans Nursing Home.
