David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest private home builder, broke ground on a model home in the master-planned community of Fox Trace, located in east Sarasota. The fully-furnished model home, The Crestview, is expected to open in spring 2019. The one-story home will showcase more than 2,100 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a study. The home will also include an open-concept kitchen and dining area with a two-car garage. Priced from the high $300s, homebuyers in Fox Trace will be able to select from 11 floor plans, ranging from 1,650 to 2,700 square feet with a total of 38 homesites situated on 47-foot homesites in the gated section of this community.
