GATES Construction has been selected as the construction manager for The Hamilton at Lakeside, a new multi-family complex. Located on N. John Young Parkway in Kissimmee, The Hamilton at Lakeside will consist of two four-story multi-family buildings with a total of 108 units. The buildings will feature one- and two-bedroom floorplans and have exterior covered carports. A new 16,293-square-foot clubhouse will offer amenities such as a pool, hot tub and sauna. The surrounding gardens will have multiple benches throughout, with water fountains and a dog park. Construction is slated to begin later this month. Architectural design services will be provided by GLA-ATL, LLC.
