GATES Construction has announced the addition of Darryl Piearcy as superintendent. Piearcy will be responsible for daily onsite supervision of GATES’ projects, including quality control, safety, security, project close out and transition planning. He has more than 20 years construction experience in multifamily, hospitals, government facilities, hotels and commercial retail centers. Piearcy will be based out of GATES Construction’s Sarasota office.
